By accessing or using ImageChanger (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

ImageChanger is an AI image changer: you upload a photo, describe the change you want, and the Service generates an edited image using artificial intelligence. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Your Content and Generated Images

• Your uploads — You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to provide the Service (generating and delivering your results).
• Generated images — Subject to these Terms and your ownership of the original photo, you own the images the Service generates for you and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.
• Responsibility — You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any photo you upload and that your use of generated images complies with applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent, or images you do not have the right to use.
• Generate NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content of any kind.
• Create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Generate deceptive or misleading content intended to defraud, impersonate, or harm others, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Credits, Payments, and Billing

The Service operates on credits, which are consumed when generating images. Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period, and purchased or granted credits may carry expiration terms as shown at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding your uploads and generated images) are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Results are produced by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any generated image will meet your requirements, and you are responsible for reviewing results before use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the Service.
